November 19, 2005 Down below we'll be showing you some pretty pictures and they can speak for themselves, but I'm going to talk about something completely unrelated.
I'm going to talk about that moment between a man and a woman that is so special as to be a defining moment in any relationship. The moment when a couple can look at each other and say, "This must be true love. It doesn't get any better than this." Where a feeling of contentment and absolute comfort with your mate has reached its pinnacle and permeates every aspect of your lives.
I'm talking about the moment a woman first passes gas around her man in a relationship.
Guys, can you think of the number of women you've been on dates with, that while you were out, lifted a cheek and let one fly? I'll bet not many, and maybe even none! Ladies, when was the last time you were comfortable enough with your man to let out a real bronx cheer and show him you love him? My guess is probably never.
No, most relationships will never reach this level of completeness. They're doomed to uptight standards held in, literally, at all costs. Women trying to maintain their supposed dignity, too rigid to fully relax and trust in their men and let the natural course of life take its place.
This is the way life is, and guys, don't take it personally when your gals abstain from sharing their deepest secrets with you.
So remember, the next time you're on a date and she says she's got to go powder her nose, remember this: Sometimes, she's just powdering her nose, but SOMETIMES, she's in there gripping the rails in her stall hoping to expel any semblance of the love she could have shared with you later during an intimate moment, and causing others in adjoining stalls to crawl out crying for mercy and clean air. It doesn't mean she doesn't love you, it just means she's not completely comfortable with you...yet. You can always hold on to hope.
And if you're in one of these rare relationships where you've reached this level of intimacy, hang on to her fellas, because they've let you know they've accepted all you are, and are willing to lay everything they are out in front of you as well. It's a rare gift, and you should treasure it. Brade
