Why fold now?

A lot of talk this week has been about Blizzard's released info about the new raid cap set at 25, and what's going to happen to the raiding guilds that are currently built around 40 people.

As a guild leader, I haven't found the silver lining in this pile of dung they heaped on us this week, and every time I look for the bright side, I'm constantly reminded that the whole thing smells like shit. However, since The Burning Crusade is still months off, and we're all still one big, happy, psychotic, murdering family, we thought we'd kill some shit.

This last week for Monolith was golden. If we pulled something, it died, (one exception on Vael) and we set some personal records for both BWL and AQ clear times through the Twin Emps. All this precision killing left us in a position where we were able to set our sights on learning some new targets. i.e. give our money to repair bots.

After having dabbled in Naxx a few times, several things came together all at once for us, and we added both Anub and the Instructor to our list of dead.

I love it when a plan comes together. - George Peppard
